How to make a price promise claim:
Generate a quote for the type of GAP Insurance policy you wish to purchase. When the website displays your quotation(s), click the price promise graphic and follow the instructions on the next screen.

Terms and Conditions:
This price promise applies against a comparable GAP Insurance policy offered for sale by an Insurance Broker or Motor Dealer either online or offline, at a lower premium.

Surf and Protect Ltd must be able to confirm the lower premium (and policy terms and conditions) being offered, either by way of reviewing the website offering the lower premium or by the intended policyholder providing evidence (a copy of the quote) detailing the lower premium on offer. The latter of which is compulsory if the lower premium on offer is the result of a negotiation.

In determining whether the competitor's policy available at a lower premium is a comparable policy to that sold on SurfandProtect.com, the decision made by the management of Surf and Protect Ltd will be final. However if we find the competitor's policy is not a comparable policy we will provide a full and detailed explanation as to why it is not.

This price promise will be active until otherwise decided by the management of Surf and Protect Ltd and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
